Program Overview

The concept of quality has existed for many years, though its meaning has changed and evolved over time. The meaning of quality for businesses changed dramatically in the late 1970s. Successful organizations understand that quality provides a competitive advantage. They put the customer first and define quality as meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Total quality management (TQM) means that the quality of product, service, and processes is the responsibility of everyone in an organization. In other words, TQM capitalizes on the involvement of management, workforce, suppliers, and customers, in order to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Program Objectives

This course will enable the participants to understand what TQM is, and how it can be developed in an organization. Furthermore, attendees will be aware of how to make and why the quality is everyone’s business. In addition, this course will enable participants to use the proper techniques to implement and sustain the TQM in such a way to achieve the excellence status.

Targeted Audience

TQM training course is designed for public and private institutes and companies, banks, manufacturing, production, healthcare, and service organizations, top management, production managers, industrial engineers, quality engineers, QC and QA departments, and all who seek to prevent defects from occurring and then to improve the productivity and profitability of their organizations.

Training Duration

“TQM: Achieving Excellence” training course will be held on 16 training hours over four days for the public. This course can be customized based on certain needs for in-house training.
